The Ashley Lauren Foundation was one of three chosen nonprofits to receive the proceeds from Rook Coffee’s inaugural day of giving – #RookGives. Every single thing customers bought from any Rook Coffee location or rookcoffee.com on January 14, 2019 benefitted The Ashley Lauren Foundation, The Tigger House Foundation and Friends of the Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center.
